Panelists:
- Raha Darvishi: Raha is an EV Program Manager at BC Hydro. She has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration from UBC. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia. Raha joined BC Hydro in 2016 and dedicated several years to the Site C Clean Energy Project, which will deliver reliable and clean energy to B.C. for the next century. In her current role, Raha is actively involved in BC Hydro's mission to enhance the electric vehicle charging landscape. As an advocate for sustainable transportation, her main focus lies in facilitating the expansion of BC Hydro’s EV public charging network.
- Serena (Saghar) Roshan: Sere is the Director of Project Management with Plugzio. She has been working with Plugzio for nearly 3.5 years. Plugzio is a North American company specializing in EV charging solutions, providing a user-friendly and cost-effective platform for properties to manage, monitor and receive compensation for electric vehicle electricity usage.
This takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. As uninvited guests, we are thankful for their generosity and guardianship of these lands and waters.
